Whatever dev is done to sync Notion and Cron, please make it full web on all platforms mobile and desktop. The phone is now ubiquitous as a work tool, nothing worse than different behaviour or functions on different devices.
A url opens the app or the browser, like Notion.
Here though, I centralise all tasks on a todo list whether generated by issues, projects, ad-hoc or customer work.
Scheduling is bringing tasks into real life. Here I use a mix of calendars from Todoist, Google tasks, a Google calendar called Notion.
But its also about appointments, dates that don’t move, milestones. It’s about fitting tasks into the flow of reality.
I could sync Google calendar with Notion using Automate.io but the cost is prohibitive. These syncs use up the action quota too quickly and sync is not 2 way.
